When you buy on Zuza-Mzansi, your payment is held securely by us (not the seller) until you confirm that you received the item and are satisfied with it. This protects both buyers and sellers.

1. Buyer pays — funds are held in escrow. 2. Seller ships or drops off the item. 3. Buyer receives and inspects the item. 4. Buyer confirms receipt within 48 hours. 5. Funds are released to the seller's wallet.

You have 48 hours after receiving your item to inspect it and raise a dispute. After 48 hours with no dispute, funds are automatically released to the seller.

If the item is significantly different from the description, raise a dispute within 48 hours. Our team will review evidence from both parties and make a fair decision within 3 business days.

If a dispute is upheld in the buyer's favour, a full refund will be issued to the buyer's Zuza-Mzansi wallet within 5 business days.

Zuza-Mzansi charges a 5% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee covers payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support.
